Camp Poyntelle offers international staff an unforgettable summer that combines meaningful work, adventure, and cultural exchange in the heart of Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains. Beyond making a lasting impact on campers as mentors and role models, staff get to be part of an action-packed community surrounded by incredible programs like water-skiing, fishing, zip-lining, adventure courses, competitive sports, creative arts, music, theater, and more—all on one stunning campus. Whether you’re spending your days on the lake, coaching on the field, leading outdoor adventures, or joining camp-wide events, every day brings something new. On days off, staff also have opportunities to explore beyond camp through trips to local attractions, shopping, sightseeing, and iconic American destinations, making the summer both professionally rewarding and personally exciting.
