Frost Valley YMCA is a large year-round camp, retreat, and outdoor education center located in the Catskill Mountains of New York State, about two and a half hours from New York City. Spanning over 5,500 acres of forests, lakes, and trails, it offers a wide range of programs for children, teens, and families — including traditional overnight camps, adventure trips, farm and equestrian camps, and environmental education. The camp emphasizes the YMCA’s core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility, fostering personal growth, teamwork, and connection with nature.
