Jamestown 4-H Educational Center, Inc. Is a non-profit organization dedicated to youth development through innovative 4-H camping environmental education and leadership training. Along the shores of the James River, the Jamestown 4-H Educational Center serves as the host site for 4-H Junior Camp for children ages 9-13. We serve 23 localities in Southeastern VA offering 8 weeks of sleep-over camp for more than 2000 children and teens each season. 4-H Junior camp allows campers to gain independence, confidence and “learn by doing” experiences through hands-on experiential programs. Program activities include boating, swimming, creative arts, athletics, shooting sports, native, advenue and STEAM program.
