Description:
Kamp Kohut is a private coed camp in Oxford Maine, Kohut is split into two sessions and we have around 160 campers per session. There are four activity areas: Waterfront, Landsports, Outdoor Education, and Arts & Media. Our counsellors teach and specialize in an activity as well as live in a cabin with the campers – its the best of both worlds! We are located on a beautiful 12 mile long lake, and have a large amount of space for all our activities! Our staff enjoy working at Kohut as they meet people from all over the world. In the summer of 2026, 19 countries were represented at Kamp, through staff and campers! Kohut is one big family, its the type of camp where everyone knows everyone and when one person has achieved something, everyone feels a sense of pride. This is why I think so many of our counselors come back year after year!
