True Friends is a nonprofit organization providing life-changing experiences that enhance independence and self-esteem for children and adults with disabilities. Our Camp program provides opportunities to develop an appreciation of nature, live cooperatively with others, share in the responsibilities of group living, develop new leisure interests, experience traditional camp activities, and have fun!
We offer 5, 6, and 10-day sessions throughout the year through our core programming opportunities and partner groups. Campers determine their own activity interests and level of participation. Camp is offered at Camp Courage in Maple Lake, Camp Friendship in Annandale, and Camp Eden Wood in Eden Prairie.
