While professional experience is valuable, we also consider passionate hobbyists with strong portfolios and the right attitude.
The schedule varies day to day based on camp activities and projects. You’ll typically work 6 days a week with one day off. Some days might be longer when covering special events, while others might focus more on editing. While the schedule can be demanding, the creative work and camp environment make it rewarding.

While you’ll interact with campers during filming and possibly teach elective sessions, you won’t have the same cabin responsibilities as general counselors. This allows you to focus on your creative work while still being part of the camp community.
You’ll typically work on 4-5 projects per week, including weekly highlights, special events, and ongoing documentary-style pieces. By the end of the summer, you’ll have contributed to 30-40 different videos, giving you a diverse portfolio of work.
