- Staff training: Early June
- Camp sessions: Mid-June through mid-August
- Typical schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off

Do I need previous camp experience?
No previous camp experience is required! We provide comprehensive training for all staff members. What matters most is your enthusiasm, responsibility, and genuine interest in working with children.
Can I request time off to visit Disney or other attractions?
Yes! We understand that experiencing Florida’s attractions is part of what makes working here special. While we have a structured schedule, we work with staff to accommodate reasonable time-off requests for special events or visits.
Is housing provided for summer staff?
Absolutely! All residential staff receive free housing and meals throughout their employment, including during training periods. Our staff accommodations are comfortable, air-conditioned, and conveniently located on camp property.
